BrightBid

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using BrightBid (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. What BrightBid does

BrightBid uses AI to turn a daytime photo of a property into a simulated nighttime render with landscape lighting, and provides tools to build quotes, share designs, and manage leads.

3. AI visualizations are illustrative

Renders are artistic simulations for illustration only. They are not photographs, engineering drawings, or guarantees of a final installed result. Actual lighting depends on fixtures, placement, power, and site conditions. You are responsible for how you present renders to your customers and must not represent them as photos of completed work.

4. Quotes, proposals & electronic acceptance

Prices and bills of materials generated by BrightBid are estimates you control and may edit. A homeowner typing their name to “accept” a design constitutes an electronic signature indicating interest and agreement to proceed; it is not a binding installation contract unless you and the homeowner separately confirm scope, price, and terms. BrightBid is not a party to any agreement between you and your customers.

5. Financing

Any financing or monthly-payment figures shown are estimates. Financing is provided by third parties (e.g., Wisetack), not by BrightBid. Approval and terms are set by the lender.

6. Your content

You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant BrightBid a license to process and store them to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload each photo and to create renders of the depicted property.

7. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to abuse or overload the Service, or resell the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightBid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Questions: hello@brightbid.io.
